The real issue for many is the Trust Factor. Senator Obama ran on Transparency, Hope and Change. What many are
experiencing is an administration that likes to take the side step in their rhetoric. In a classic example President Obama campaigned that the US needs an energy bill, a fact that many are in agreement to, yet - with earnest contrast, we need to debate the issues. He asserted that the nation should trust the Waxman - Markey bill because “the guys have really worked hard on the issues. When HR - 2454 made it to the floor the 1500+ page bill was rushed through the house so fast no one had a chance to read what was in the bill. With the cameras rolling the public was able to see Democrats hide the legislation in the bill and thus began the outraged. The bill is a disaster and many of those who voted for it are now being drilled by their constituents and rightly so. Pelosi denied transparency and it has reduced the trust factor the public had for Obama by 20 points in the polls. The Health Care bill is no different! It appears many Democrats have their own agenda. The public - it appears by the latest statements many Democrats are making - their just not invited to the debate - it appears the public are Ignorant, Nazi’s or Racist!
